Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days, for store credit only. You'll need to bring your receipt with your item in it's original packaging or you'll need to arrange for it to be shipped back to us after contacting us.

Some items cannot be returned or exchanged and are considered final sale. These include any sale items, all bath and body products, some apparel, and jewellery such as earrings.

Shipping Mishaps

If we shipped the wrong item or it arrived in poor condition let us know within 3 days and we'll help you get that sent back to us and replaced, exchanged, or refunded if there is no replacement item available.
