Shipping

Most of the work in the shop is ready to go but some items get made to order or get brought in from a local artist's studio and can take a day or two to be ready for shipping or pickup.

Local

If you are local and would like to pick up your web order or have it dropped off in town, select that at checkout and we'll notify you when it's ready for pickup or in-town delivery!

Canada

For Canadian orders, we ship small, lightweight items by oversize lettermail for a $5 flat rate up to 250 grams. If the packet comes to more than that in weight or is thicker than 2cm it goes expedited package which includes a tracking number and varies with where you are.

US

For US orders we ship most items by Small Packet without tracking for $10 CAD and for $14 CAD with tracking to start. Orders USUALLY take 2 to 4 weeks to get to the US but can definitely be a little slower in high volume times.

International

For overseas locations other than Australia and New Zealand we ship with our Etsy shop. Etsy facilitates international shipping measures for smaller shops like us allowing us to ship to locations such as the UK and some EU countries.

This works by you letting us know what you'd like and us making a custom listing in our Field and Fable or Tooaquarius Etsy shop for you!

International shipping is generally Small Packet Air Mail and takes 2 to 8 weeks to arrive. Costs vary depending on location but will between $12 and $18 CAD for small weights (under 100 grams). Basic international shipping does NOT include a tracking number. You can get upgraded shipping which will include a tracking number.
